How to Earn Points
There are many ways to earn points as a family:
Complete STEMbook Activities
Complete activities from our online STEMbook library and earn 5 Points per Share It Out Submission
Become Explorer of the Week
Students who regularly attend and participate in programs can earn the title “Explorer of the Week,” which includes a 5 point award!
Attend Virtual Program Sessions
Earn 5 Points per Program Session You Attend. Register for STEM@home to be invited to virtual program sessions.
Participate in Virtual Reflection of Knowledge
Complete an independent project and present it at the end-of-session Reflection of Knowledge event to earn 25 points!
Participate in Virtual Program Sessions
Earn up to 5 points for sharing your work and asking questions during virtual program sessions. Register for STEM@home to join virtual programs.
Complete Parent Surveys and Forms
Earn 10 points for completing all paperwork and individual parent surveys that come to you!

Students earn points for participating in program, which is rewarded at the end of each program session with an Amazon Gift Card! Prizes you can purchase with your gift card include:
100 Points
Prize options include:
- Gift card valued at $25.
250 Points
Prize options include:
- Family fun activity pack valued at over $65 OR;
- Gift card valued at up to $65.
500 Points
Recognition as STEM All-Star Family AND choice of prize:
- 4 Navy Pier passes OR;

750 Points
