For nearly 25 years, Project Exploration has worked to change the face of STEM, paving the way for over 45,000 trailblazing students across Chicago’s South and West sides to explore and pursue career trajectories in the fields of paleontology, medicine, computer science, engineering, and more.
We invite you to help us celebrate this momentous milestone and our youth, and contribute to an ongoing narrative that will shape hundreds of additional lives. You’ll enjoy:

Our efforts are working! A ten-year longitudinal study (UC Berkeley, 2010) reveals that Project Exploration students are three-times as likely to enroll in a 4-year college as their peers, and one-third of PE alumni major in STEM once in college. In 25 years, we have helped pave the way for over 35,000 trailblazing Chicago students to explore and pursue STEM education and career opportunities. Now we need YOU!
