As Project Exploration turns 20, we wish to acknowledge the alumni who have been positively impacted by the program and to offer their perspectives as a means of expressing why we provide the programs that we do. Our core values of equity, authentic and meaningful experiences, and students are at the center of how Project EXploration continues to brings hope and change to generations to come.
Project Exploration has a new facilitator for our Science Giants and Brothers4Science programs named Anthony Ritter.
At the end of the Spring semester, Project Exploration has an event called Reflection of Knowledge. Reflection of Knowledge is a way that the students in our Sisters4Science and Brothers4Science programs to be recognized and given the opportunity to lead scientific presentations to family, friends, and corporate guests.
Project Exploration is the 2018 Greenbuild Legacy awardee to support Science Giants Giants, which immerses high school students in environmental sciences and science outreach.
Project Exploration (PE) and Argonne National Laboratory work together and bring a new program to PE’s Sisters4Science (S4S) program. Kelly Sturner, Argonne’s Learning Lab Instructor brought Argonne’s CodeGIrls to middle school girls.
